I was able to download streaming media on my macbook a few years ago using firefox with its add on download helper. Upon upgrading to the current version and the latest firefox and its download helper that is now not possible. I only get as far as the file downloading but the file doesnt aggregate and convert. Would appreciate help.

If you are having issues with an add-on, please contact the developer of that Add-on. For video downloadhelper, that is https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/

I'll also note, you should update your Mac OS You currently have Mac 10.10, the current version is 10.14. https://www.apple.com/macos/how-to-upgrade/
