Firefox will not start when running Windows 10 1903 without admin rights
We seem to have an issue with 68.0esr when running on Windows 10 x64 1903.
If your logged on without Admin right and to launch Firefox, the hour glass spins for a second or two and the Firefox doesn't start. Run with admin rights it works fine.

hello, can you take a look in the system's eventlog if any related entries are showing up there once you attempt to start firefox?
Try to uninstall Firefox and then reinstall Firefox as a normal user (i.e. not as administrator).
- download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
- start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
