
Server time out error
Starting yesterday all of my Thunderbird clients (4 total) get a server time out error when trying to send or receive emails. Our provider is domainhost. My client was updated to version 60.6.1 on 3/27/19 so I don't think any update caused a problem. I have reviewed all settings (even though none were changed on any PC) and they are correct. Domainhost finally said they have recreated the problem and are looking at but it has been over 24 hours and no answers. I do have one remote user that uses Outlook and she is not having any problem. We can also access our emails through the web-mail client on Domainhost. Does anyone have any ideas on a possible solution for Thunderbird.
