I installed a thunderbird on new computer. At first, everything was ok, and old messages started to download. 1. But then (10 minutes later) all messages disappeared in Inbox and some custom folders. Only some folders contains messages (sent, draft, my own folders). The rest (and biggest) folders are completely empty. 2. I doesn't receive any new messages. 3. When I try to send message, I receive 2 errors: "Your message was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder (Sent) due to network or file access errors. You can retry or save the messages locally to Local Folders" AND "The current command did not succeed. The mail server for account responded: [OVERQUOTA] Not enough disk space".

But there is enough space, 100Gb. I tried to reinstall the thunderbird (including complete deletion of all files), but it didn't help.

What you have 100Gb allocated to your mail box by your mail provider? That would be most unusual. Or do you have a 100gb plan from Google which includes your mail, uncompressed photos and Google drive?

Have you tried logging int your providers web mail and actually checking the quota situation? What mail provider is it? If it is a "family" plan with google have you checked the other family members storage?

I didn't think about the space at mail box, I meant 100gb at local directory where emails are stored. Now everything is ok. Thank you!
