re :Thread view is nice, but replies aren't included. If you are viewing Thread view in eg: Inbox or any folder you created then it will not show your replies because the replies are not in that folder.

Option 1:

  • right click on email and select 'Open Message in conversation'

This opens email in a new tab and displays all emails received and sent by you. It is a kind of virtual view of conversation.

Option 2:

  • Right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'Settings'
  • Select 'Copies & Folders'

When sending messages automatically.....

  • Select checkbox 'Place replies in the folder of the message being replied to'
  • click on 'OK'

Then in the 'Thread Pane' where emails are listed, enable the Column header called 'Correspondents', so it helps to differentiate emails received from those sent by you.
