  • Select Unified Inbox folder.
  • Select an email in folder.
  • Use 'Ctrl+A' to highlight all emails.
  • Right click on highlighted emails and select 'Mark' > 'All Read'.

Or

  • Right click on 'Inbox' of account and select 'Mark Folder Read'
  • Repeat for each account Inbox.
