When on Blue Jeans platform, I continually get "resolving network condition" message and my bandwidth goes way down

Blue Jeans is a proprietary video-enabled meeting platform. I can get into the meeting room with no problem, but in a few moments I get a "resolving network condition" message, my bandwidth starts wavering, and at some point my screen freezes. There is no problem accessing the same platform on Chrome.
