where do I find my Thunderbird Folders

My PC crashed and Microsoft had to re install Windows10 - and all previous programs and data was put into a Folder named: Windows.old. I re installed Thunderbird but i can not locate all my previous Folders which I stored under my User Acc. I would really appreciate your help, Sincerely, Jorg Philipp

I suggest you turn on the viewing of hidden files and folders in your computer and then try looking for the profile again. It is normally located in the appdata folder, but Windows hides this. Hence the need to change the setting for hidden and system files.
