Heard it was an old bug but didn't find any working solutions for modern version of Thunderbird. Is there any workaround to fix that?

Restart with add-ons disabled from the help menu.

Anything change?

achobot, what do you think?

Already tested on clean install with clean profile. Hotkeys are working only in English keyboard layout.

I suggest you file a bug, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org

There has been a lot of activity over the years about shortcuts in Cyrillic alphabets. But I can find nothing new.

But first, do you see the same issue in Firefox? I would like to determine if it is a core issue or a Thunderbird one.

Thank you for pointing me at bugzilla. There are some similar issues reported years ago but still opened. I've never had any problems with hotkeys in FF but they are present in both stable and beta releases of TB.

And I was a little wrong. Not all hotkeys are not working. Key combinations with Ctrl and Shift seems to be working fine but single keys like "A" for archiving doesn't respond.

I'll try to remap not working hotkeys with Menu Wizard add-on as a workaround.

Thank you.
