Firefox on macOS does not respond to double-clicking to minimize

I'm running Firefox 66 on MacOS 10.14.3 (18D109) on a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports), and double-clicking the title bar does not minimize the window when "Double-click a window's title bar to minimize" is activated in Dock system preferences.
