Hey, got some trouble while attempting to transfer my data from Chrome to Firefox.

I can import bookmarks via the HTML file but I wanna import everything else other than bookmarks too.

When I check the "Import Settings and Data" tab to import from another browser, Chrome isn't even on the list to import from, is this not supported anymore? Is there anything I can do?

Thanks in advance!

Turns out Chrome beta isn't supported, had to install the original Chrome and then it recognized it.

Hi,

Chrome is not appearing in the list of browsers in "Import Options, Bookmarks, History, Passwords and other data from:".

Please see my attached screenshot. I can transfer bookmarks from the HTML file but I want to transfer everything else as well but Chrome isn't an option to transfer data from in the Firefox Import Wizard.

Sounds like Windows doesn't recognize that Chrome is still installed.

Your screenshot didn't attach.

See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

I think the screenshot attached this time.

I do have Chrome Beta installed so that may be the issue, I'll install the regular Chrome and try syncing again.
