A message with red exclamation always appears whenever I try to login http://ssbweb.kfupm.edu.sa/PROD8/bwskasta.P_DispStatusSaradap?appno=1, telling me the browser doesn't support HTTP cookies - which the website uses. So, I always get authentication error when I login. Is there any possible way to configure this browser for use with the HTTP cookies policy?

I tried this already - and it doesn't help at all. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion.

You tried what exactly? What are your settings wrt cookies? Did you try to clear cookies?

If none of this helps, contact the support for this web site.

I checked and confirmed that cookies are enabled in my browser. In fact I tried almost all the solutions posted by Mozilla support forum. Yet, the authentication error message doesn't seem to disappear as if the cookies issue isn't the problem at all. I'm worried there might be something other than the cookies that's preventing me from logging in.
