Address book not working
Hi support community.. all of a sudden when I address a new email to a NEW email recipient (new employee), that recipient is not being added to my address book like usual. So I have to type out their whole email address again. I've tried safe mode, reverting back, renaming some of the files to rebuild the address book like I read... neither works. Thanks!!

Have you tried checking that the option to save the email addresses is still turned on?
Options > Composition Addressing. Check also that the address book nominated actually exists.

The box had been unchecked somehow unknown to me. This effectively solved the issue, thank you.
I cannot see my address book when Writing a new email since I installed the 60.5.3 update of 03/07/2019. I looked under Options but there is nothing there to add it to the window. All I see is the composition to write an email. Thank you for any help.

If you press F9 in the Write window, does the Contacts sidebar appear?
