Hi Firefox/Mozilla I created a firefox account a good while ago with burgess14@yahoo.com Account.I no longer use this account and would like to remove everything remotely connected with Firefox from it and create a new account on this email address.If I do try to log in it asks me for a step authentication app code which I no longer use either.Ive read some of the articles on how to fix this issue but it seems the access options I have are very basic and not even offered in my firefox settings.Uf this is because I'm not signed in i dnt know but would be grateful for any help or assistance you could give.Thankyou

When setting up 2-step authentication you've been given a number of backup codes. Use one of those to log in to your account.

Thanks for your reply christ1.I dnt have any backup codes I was just starting out on my IT journey when I installed it and didn't even know what a back up code was at the time so I never took them down.Thankyou
