The add-on "Manually sort folders" no longer allows me to sort email accounts.

It used to work fine. I recently deleted two POP3 Gmail accounts after adding them as IMAP. I now have a mixture of IMAP and Gmail accounts in TB. I've downloaded and installed the add-on 1.2.0pre3 but this hasn't helped - the Sort Accounts panel remains blank. I've re-installed TB 60.4.0 without any effect. Can anyone please help? - it is causing problems after years of the accounts being in a particular order.

Oh, and Merry Christmas!

Success, of sorts. I picked up on your suggestion to try 1.20pre2.xpi and it worked, giving me temporary access to sort the accounts correctly. The add-on then updated and the functionality was lost again. I'm happy to leave it at that for now. Accounts hopefully won't need sorting again for a while. I'll leave creating new profiles to the experts! Thanks for your help and support - your contribution was greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your prompt response.

I did as you suggested. Disabled and removed the old add-on.

Downloaded and installed the latest official version.

Restarted TB a few times.

The Accounts pane is still empty, I'm afraid.

I've got exactly the same problem. I've got Manually Sort Folders on three Macs. All worked fine - two still do - and the email accounts pane in the other is blank. I've checked the settings with one of my other Macs and they are identical.

I've updated the add-on, I've deleted it and reinstalled it, and I've just tried installing manually_sort_folders-1.2.0pre2.xpi. I've also deleted all other add-ons.

None of it has worked.

Does anyone out there have an answer or do I have to delet Thunderbid and all my accounts and re instal everything? Rog

Hi Roger

I installed 1.2.0pre2 and immediately switched off Automatic Updates in the extension.

That has continued to work for me, on a Windows 10 PC.

Hope you have some success.

Cheers

Thank you but, sadly, that didn't work. I just don't understand it. I've emailed the developer but he hasn't replied yet.
