How do I turn off headers on forwarded and printed messages

I must have changed a setting somewhere/somehow and I can't figure out where I did it. When I forward an Email message, now Thunderbird adds the message headers in the message. It also does this when printing. It didn't used to do this and I can't find out how to change this setting.

View menu. Set Headers to Normal instead of All.
