Account settings opens small window

When I go to Tools>Account Settings, usually a large box opens that gives me access to all my email accounts, server, composition, junk mail and other related settings.

For some reason now only a small box opens with very limited functions. I no longer have access to all the email setup and settings. See image.

I have used TB for almost 20 years, currently version 60.3.1. I have disabled add-ons one at at time, closing and re-opening TB each time - did not correct the issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

That window is resizable. Hover mouse over the bottom right corner and you should see pointer change to double headed arrow, left click and hold down to grab and then drag window to suitable size.
