how to add recipients to reply all

Let's say I receive an email with 3 recipients - 1 To and 2 CC - 1 of whom is me. I want to Reply All but want to add another recipient.

I don't see the Contact list on left hand side (unlike when composing or forwarding) and don't see how to get to display.
