Just set up an amazon Fire Stick and installed Firefox but it won't open. It seems like it's trying to open but then reverts back to the home screen. Have cleared cache etc, even reset the Fire Stick to factory settings and reinstalled everything. Same result. Don't seem to be able to find this issue with google search.

Hi

So that I can understand this a little better:

  • Are you using the Fire Stick or the square pendant thing that hangs down?
  • Does the app show as installed when you view your apps on the Amazon website?

Well I was using the square pendant, and now I'm not and now it works. Thanks!! (Though no room for all my hdmi connections now but I'll live)
