how to import archive messages to same mail but other hosting/web server

Hi, I synchronized my email to TB and have all the emails in 'INBOX', then transfered my website to other hosting and the old one expired... and accordingly my mail is no longer available. Can't log in and open the messages on web and same on TB. the new email has other web server... How can I import messages from a file of the 1st email to the other? or just open them?

Import your file into the Local Folders account in Thunderbird.

Then move the messages to your new account within Thunderbird, i.e. drag-and-drop, or Right-click|Move to…
