What is AD? What kind of control are you talking about?

AD (Windows Active Directory). I have installed McAfee Endpoint Security Web Control extension which is controlling website allow and block task. I have installed the same in Chrome and IE. I have prevented user to disable and uninstall this extension in both Chrome and IE from Active Directory Group Policy but I am not able to do for firefox. if user manage these extension in firefox then they will disable it any time which is risky. So, I want same restriction for firefox

moved to the Firefox for Enterprise support queue

Firefox group policy support does have this.
