I want to add "size" to the column display of all of my folders, not all of which are grouped hierarchically (say that fast three times!)

Buuuuut, I apparently have to do it individually. Am I missing something here?

Chosen solution

You can apply the settings to a folder, then select Apply columns to…|Folder and its children, where you can choose by account, so you have to do this only once per account.

Needless to say, I find cases where my default layout isn't appropriate, so I still end up fine tuning as necessary.
