I want to print headers only ie. just the list of emails containing the data stored in the subject, date and from columns.

I need to print out the lists of emails that are contained in each folder. ie Just the header data only on a single line exactly as they are displayed on screen. I have taken a screen shot and edited to show an example of the text output I need. Any ideas?

Install ImportExportTools. then right-click a folder, ImportExportTools/Export all messages in the folder/just index (HTML or CSV).

Thank you. It worked, albeit in such a convoluted way. It only appears to work on the entire folder so any subset of folder messages have to be moved/copied to a temporary folder to print them out. Having an index dump facility of selected messages would be very useful, for me anyway. The help is much appreciated.
