Firefox does not start on windows, with Exception code: 0xc0000005
Hi Firefox does not start anymore. The windows does not appear. No Firefox message. There is only an application crash report in the Windows event viewer.
- System Windows 7 pro - Firefox 60.0.2 - MalwareBytes does not find anything - Norton Security full system scan does not find anything - IE does not start also. Chrome and Opera work fine (but I want to use Firefox !) - Profile deletion and recreation does not solve the problem - Firefox deinstalled - System reboot - Firefox reinstall does not solve the problem

I suspect some malicious software, but do not have apparently the appropriate tool or scenario to remove it.
Thanks for any help !

Let's make sure your system is clean.
You may have ad/mal-ware. Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
