Every time I try to print an email Thunderbird just crashes, even though nothing with my computer or settings has changed. Will there be an update fixing this?

I opened Thunderbird today, and any time I try to print an email, Thunderbird just shuts down. I've tried restarting everything, but nothing has worked.

Chosen solution

The crash report shows red flags for Konica Minolta C554, which I presume is your printer. I notice that the newest driver for it is for OSX 10.12, whereas you appear to be running 10.13. Is it possible the printer is not supported by 10.13? Perhaps by installing the latest driver, 5.4.0, it will work in TB.

Sorry about that, below is one of the crash IDs:

Do you have Athena Smartcard software installed?

Do you still crash?

I don't have Athena Smartcard software installed, and I'm still crashing every time I print.
