Hi, Sorry to hear that. Please check your Desktop for a Folder called OldFirefoxProfile if it is there it is possible to recover some or all of it. It still maybe there, please check :

• https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data

If not please make a new one :

• https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

and should always :

• https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer

This might be a repeat, just with different phrasing...

Possibly your Refresh was interrupted (or crashed) and did not run to completion. In that situation, Firefox is looking for a profile folder that was removed or was not created successfully.

To get up and running, you can create a new profile as described in this help article, and then migrate data over to the new profile.
