one name is my email address and the other name is ´Local Folders´. The one which has my email address has exactly the same emails as in the inbox. Local Folders have no emails in them. How can I get rid of them. Right clicking does not show a delete menu item.

Sounds like you have selected to use the 'Unified' view.

Two ways of access. Via 'Mail Bar' toolbar

  • 'View' >'Folders' > select 'All' to return to the standard view.

Via 'Mail Toolbar' toolbar

  • 'Menu icon' > 'Folders' > select 'All' to return to the standard view.
