Youtube side bar doesn't scroll .

I have been using Firefox snce its inception . recently, i encountered a problem with Youtube side bar. it doesn't scroll down ,when i put my mouse arrow on it, and rotate the mouse wheel .it works fine with google chrome . i tried removing Firefox entirely from my PC, and doing a fresh installation but in no vain .
