
Inbox has circle of doom and won't let me in; how can i fix this
I cant get into my inbox. No new messages are showing although they appear on my phone. It keeps telling me to reenter my password, but it doesn't accept it because circle of doom is showing in my inbox

Still in Windows safe mode, start Thunderbird in safe mode. - https://support.mozilla.org/kb/safe-mode
Does the problem go away?
I went through all those steps successfully - windows safe mode and thunderbird safe mode and it didn't change anything.
Please post your Troubleshooting Information.
At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information.
Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
I followed all safe mode instructions and nothing changed. If this a repeat post, I apologize.
