I'm not able to recieve emails from outlook, stuck on "looked up imap-mail.outlook.com"
Everything was working fine until last night, then suddenly TB got stuck with "looked up imap-mail.outlook.com" on the bottom
i have 2 outlook/hotmail accounts on there and if i click on the other one i get a little notice saying "failed to connect to server imap-mail.outlook.com"
i tried deleting and adding one of the accounts back and it says username/password is wrong (it isn't, i can login fine to the web)
i also looked at the account activity to see if logins were blocked but there's nothing there except from the browser that i'm using.

The fact it doesn't work in emClient suggests a problem at the MS end. Try the office365 settings - they work fine here.

Have there been any changes that coincide with the problem, such as an updated security/AV program that monitors TB? A similar issue with connecting to the recommended outlook servers came up last year, and in that case switching to outlook.office365.com for the incoming IMAP server and smtp.office365.com for the outgoing SMTP server worked.

No there hasn't been any changes, it was working one minute then the next it stopped. I also tried using em client this morning and it just keeps prompting me to login.
