I cannot open Firefox. This started 2 days ago. At this time bitdefender told me that there is a new passwordprotected file. The one stated above. Could there be any relation between my problem and this file?

The link you posted is a file in the Firefox disk cache and normally can't do any harm.

You can ignore it and clear the disk cache.

"Clear the cache:

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
