Where can I find my deleted email folders that I accidentally deleted

I was cleaning out (deleting) some old folders - accidentally deleted something about outlook - and now all my folders are gone. Where can I find them? I looked in the recycle bin but couldn't find them

It would certainly help if you could clearly explain what you deleted.

If in doubt, restore a recent backup of your Thunderbird profile, assuming you did create one in the first place.
