I need flash to play aarp games and cant get it to work on your firefox upgrade.I asked a few questions the other day and still no answers

I wish i could go back to the old version,as i cant figure out how to use firefox on my ipad and now my imac.As i stated above i play games on aarp and today it says i need flash player ,i clicked on your instructions and picked firefox and allow, also tried to click on button above allow but it did nothing
