TB will not send a list
I have experience creating lists in TB. Last list I created gets error msg: not a valid email address....not in form of user@host.
all list entries are correct email formatted addreses. The list name is not in email config. as other working lists.
the TO: enters correct list but then won't end it because of error notice.

sounds like you have a dodgy address somewhere in the list.
This could also be caused by accidentally having a mailing list that has a mailing list as an entry.
Tks all, I re config'd the list and worked fine....
I would have suggested that you just re-create the list. Good to hear it would have been appropriate advice.
