Why is Firefox on Chrome OS so pathetic compared to other platforms?

more options

Firefox from Google Play Store is sorely lacking in features, polish, and function on my Pixelbook Chromebook running Chrome OS. Firefox is my preferred browser and where I sync my bookmarks, but non of that applies to Chrome OS. The text is so small it's almost unreadable, and there is no function to make it larger.

Yes, I'm writing this from the Chrome browser. Please don't give up on Chrome OS. It's going to grow significantly now that Google has put a first-class convertible laptop into that market.

Chosen solution

Giving up is not really applicable, as Firefox is not supported AT ALL on Chrome OS. Basically you are using Firefox for Android on an operating system different from Android.

Sadly no browsers are not supported on Chrome OS, other than Chrome.
