Chosen solution

When you are using Private Browsing, nothing is recorded. Open Firefox normally.

Type about:preferences#security<enter> in the address bar. Note: For Firefox 56+ its; about:preferences#privacy

Under Logins, Turn on Remember Logins. To check the passwords you have listed, press Saved Logins.

Now enter the password manually.

Or,

Login to the site using normal Firefox, then log out. After, switch to private.
