
Thunderbird security changes
Cox communications has changed their security and, when making the recommended changes, a lock appears on all mail boxes and cannot send nor receive messages. need help!

The lock indicates a secure connection, which is recommended by Cox, but the failure to send and receive is probably due to a security program:
