When I switched from IE to Firefox my Norton tool bar and my favorites were not there. How do I move them to Firefox?

Norton Toolbar does not transfer, discontinued in Firefox. And other browsers as of a new install. (am also a Norton Contributor and been fighting for it, no luck) There are other things though :

Mouse to top of Browser, Right Click turn on Menu Bar--> Bookmarks Show All Bookmarks--> Import/Export --> Import From another Browser.
