I keep getting this message after entering my password "Login to server mail.twc.com failed."

I stopped receiving emails on 12/6/17 at 9am. I have entered by password several times and still cannot access the TWC server. I have spoken to TWC support and they state everything looks good. What are the incoming and outgoing servers that you recommend?
