Hmmm, Google is a standard search engine in Firefox, but not trusted as a site , weird or what ??

After an update I cannot access Google , as it is not trusted by firefox. But it is still one of the search engines of choice. What am I doing wrong ???

Firefox uses the secure address https://www.google.com/ by default, so you won't get results if the certificate check fails. That doesn't mean Google isn't trustworthy, it usually means there is a "man in the middle" of your connection to Google.

If you got the "Your connection is not secure" page, there generally is an "Advanced" button to get more technical information. More info on how the page works and what you might find there:

Decided to do a complete de-install , run a registry cleaner and do a new install : problem solved , Thanks !!!
