I cannot (all of a sudden) log into my bank. I get the following message:

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I have completed all the suggestions of clearing the cookies, cache, (and everything else in History). My cookies are set to "always accept third parts cookies". Nothing is listed in "exceptions".

Strangely, this also occurs using Edge!

Perhaps it is a website problem?

Perhaps it is the website, or perhaps an external security program through which both Firefox and Edge connect to the site?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

Maybe also check for malware.
