I have received an email from the email administrator saying mgs will not be delivered if not validated within 48 hours - is this legit?

this email has come into my inbox this morning - have never received anything like this before and am very wary about clicking onto a link unless I know it is definitely legitimate.

It is more than likely a scam but any mail administrator would be at your provider. You should ask them if you have concerns. Personally I would delete the message and get on with life. Thunderbird is software running on your computer.
