How do I adjust the size of the "To/From" box?

The "To/From" box that provides detailed info on who sent the email is too large making it difficult to read my e-mail. How do I make it small? If have tried to place the curser on top and bottom line of the box and drag it upward but this does not work.

Make sure you also have View/Headers set to Normal.
