I need to print my contact list. The Print command in the File menu did not work.

I need to migrate my contact list to my business compute which uses Outlook 2016. I don't think this is possible directly, but I would be willing to print the contact list and enter them manually into Outlook. I tried using the "Print" command under the File pull-down menu, but nothing happened when I clicked on "print". Am I missing something? Thanks.

Also, I find it easiest to print by exporting to a .CSV file and then open that in Excel. You have more control and options

You can export your address book as a .CSV file. It looks like Outlook import that type of file. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Import-contacts-to-Outlook-bb796340-b58a-46c1-90c7-b549b8f3c5f8

Thanks. Exporting to .CSV worked...but still wondering why the "print" option didn't (not important).

I appreciate your quick responses!
