Pipeline support was completely removed in Firefox 54. With the advent of HTTP/2 and other speed enhancements, pipelining of HTTP is no longer useful to maintain.

Thank you very much, both of yous! :) If that'd been a snake, I would've been bit lol I thought perhaps that was the case (as this is the way things go) but I wasn't entirely sure. To the boneyard pipelining and support! Ahh, the circle of life...or in this case. a dead end street. Thank you guys again! Typing with a right hand that's barely working was getting irritating haha
