FYI: When you use free software you do not get a staffed help desk. This forum is staffed by volunteer Thunderbird user and if and when one of them has an answer to your issue they will reply. Starting multiple threads does not help. No one here can help stop Spam. If your computer is broke, hire someone to fix it.
