Had to reset Firefox, lost my FVD Speed Dial urls/dials and tabs. How do I find and restore them?

Couldn't print web pages so I reset Firefox. Didn't know it would delete my FVD Speed Dial App and the associated dials and tabs. Is there a way to restore those dials? Is there an old "profile" somewhere? If so, specifically where? What is it named?
