Mozilla Says they are a non profit company, if so, how do you earn money and where does that money go?

Please remember, we as support volunteers don't speak for Mozilla.
In my opinion Mozilla gets it's money from search deals with Yahoo and in the past with Google, they also get money from people who donate to them.
