I lost my email addresses on my "write" page. How can I get it back?

Email addresses always appeared on my :write" page so I could easily click on them when sending. I did it ! I was playing around and I lost the names and addresses. ?They are still there but I can't get them back on my "write" e-mail page. Can anyone help in simplified language, please? Obviously I don't know what I am doing.

Thank you ! Thank you !!! However did you know that? Now the addresses aren't in alphabetical order on the "write" page. Well, yes, they are in alphabetical order of email address rather than last name. Grrrr. Suggestions? Again, thanks for getting my address book back on my "write" page. KH

How did I know that? I learned a long time ago that if there was something wrong with the view of a window to look under the VIEW menu. Under VIEW is Contact Sidebar with a shortcut of F9. Click on any column header to sort on that column. Click on NAME to sort by name. Click NAME a second time to reverse the sort
