New email folders I create no longer appear in alphabetical order.
Over the years I have created many folders to store emails. However, the last few months, when I create a new folder..at first I was unable to find it...I then discovered it under a strange new folder...not in the alphabetical location to which I am accustomed. If I create 3 folders..they all appear beneath this strange folder. I cannot delete this strange folder. I asked a co-worker to create one in his Tbird email ..he has the same issue. How can this be remedied?

Folders and accounts have always appeared in the order they are created. There is an add on called Manually Sort Folders that let's you rearrange them.
